Do you ship internationally? Can I buy your clothes if I live in the US/Canada/Europe etc.?
Yes, we ship absolutely everywhere!
Can I pay in US dollars/any other currency?
Yes, we use Paypal so you can either pay with your PayPal account, or with any major credit card. The final amount will look like it is in GBP's (£) but will be converted to your own currency when it comes out of your bank account.
Will you get any of the sold out vintage items back in stock?
We always try to replace popular items that have sold out by sourcing something similar on our buying trips. While we may not find an identical tee or jacket, we will always try to find something as similar as we can. Please message us below with any particular requests and we can get in contact when we find something we think you might like!
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation from us once we have processed your order (this can take up to 12 hours) and again once it has been shipped. These emails do occasionally get caught in spam filters so please double check your spam folder if you haven't received either!
How long will international delivery take?
International delivery can take between 1-4 weeks, depending on the customs process in your country. Please message us below if you have just made an order and would like it to be trackable (at an extra cost.)
How long will UK delivery take?
UK delivery usually takes within 2-5 working days. We send everything by first class post.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes! You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund. The item must be unworn and returned to us in it's original state at your own cost. Upon receiving the return, we will either issue you a full refund, or send a different size out to you (at no extra cost!) depending on your instructions.
